Tradir receives property-work requests and looks for independent businesses whose trade, area and work preferences suit the job.
When a request may fit, we'll share a limited job summary with enough detail to consider the work. It can include the service, general location, scope and timing, but not the homeowner's name, phone number, email or street address.
You decide whether you're interested based on the job, travel, timing and capacity. Saying yes means you may be considered for the homeowner's private shortlist; it does not guarantee an introduction or a job.
If you are shortlisted, the homeowner decides whether to ask you for a quote. Their authorised contact details are shared only after that choice is recorded.
You are responsible for your availability, qualifications, advice, assessment, scope, price, contract, health and safety, and work. Tradir does not set your quote or accept the job on your behalf.
